They typically range from 30 to 45 minutes, and no more than an hour. Because the workouts are short with minimal equipment needed, you’ll be sure to find a time that works best for you, whether it's early morning before the kids wake up or during nap time.

The group coaching calls will be held once per week, the first 4 weeks and 2 calls per month the second 4 weeks during the 8-week program. The calls will typically be in the evening and will be recorded, so in case you miss a call you can catch the replay. Our group coaching calls are a great opportunity to connect with other moms and working women who are on a similar journey and gain valuable insights and motivation.
Our self-care and mindset activities are designed to help you prioritize your well-being and cultivate a positive mindset throughout the process. Each week, you will be prompted to practice simple, yet effective self-care and/or mindset activities in conjunction with your nutrition and fitness goals. It's a place where you can ask questions, find encouragement, inspiration, and seek practical tips from other moms who understand what you're going through. I'm also actively involved in the group, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
Trainerize is a very user-friendly tool that makes it easy for you to stay on track and stay connected with me. You'll have access to the workouts, progress tracking, and messaging, allowing us to communicate and collaborate effectively. Everything you need to make the process a success, will be in the Trainerize app.
In the beginning stages of the program, we’ll do weekly check-ins, to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments for you as needed. You’ll have the opportunity to message me as much as you need to within the Trainerize app to ask questions or address concerns. I’ll be able to see all of your progress, including completed or missed workouts, weigh-ins, progress photos and more! The ultimate goal is to ensure that you're staying on track and seeing results.
