How long are the workouts, and can I easily fit them into my busy day with kids?

Absolutely! I understand the demands of being a busy mom, so the workouts in my 8-Week Challenge are designed to be efficient yet effective. They typically range from 30 to 45 minutes, and no more than an hour. Because the workouts are short with minimal equipment needed, you’ll be sure to find a time that works best for you, whether it's early morning before the kids wake up or during nap time.

Will the nutrition advice help me manage my family's meals and accommodate dietary needs like picky eaters or allergies?

I've helped many moms navigate the challenges of family meals while focusing on their own nutrition goals. Our nutrition advice is practical and family-friendly, with plenty of options for picky eaters and dietary restrictions. You'll find a variety of options that both you and your kids will love, helping you stay on track without spending hours in the kitchen.

How often are the group coaching calls, and can I join even if I have a hectic schedule?

The group coaching calls will be held once per week, the first 4 weeks and 2 calls per month the second 4 weeks during the 8-week program. The calls will typically be in the evening and will be recorded, so in case you miss a call you can catch the replay. Our group coaching calls are a great opportunity to connect with other moms and working women who are on a similar journey and gain valuable insights and motivation.

How will the self-care/mindset activities help me balance motherhood, my daily activities while also focusing on my health and fitness goals?

Our self-care and mindset activities are designed to help you prioritize your well-being and cultivate a positive mindset throughout the process. Each week, you will be prompted to practice simple, yet effective self-care and/or mindset activities in conjunction with your nutrition and fitness goals. By incorporating practices like mindfulness, gratitude, and other healthy habits into your routine, you'll not only feel more empowered but also better equipped to handle the challenges of motherhood and life in general.

Can I connect with other moms who understand my challenges?

Yes! Our group will connect within the Trainerize app.  It is a vibrant and supportive community where moms come together to share their triumphs, challenges, and everything in between. It's a place where you can ask questions, find encouragement, inspiration, and seek practical tips from other moms who understand what you're going through. I'm also actively involved in the group, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

How user-friendly is the Trainerize platform, and can I easily track my progress and communicate with you?

Trainerize is a very user-friendly tool that makes it easy for you to stay on track and stay connected with me. You'll have access to the workouts, progress tracking, and messaging, allowing us to communicate and collaborate effectively. Everything you need to make the process a success, will be in the Trainerize app.

How often do we check in, and how do you monitor my progress to ensure the program is working for me?

In the beginning stages of the program, we’ll do weekly check-ins, to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments for you as needed. You’ll have the opportunity to message me as much as you need to within the Trainerize app to ask questions or address concerns. I’ll be able to see all of your progress, including completed or missed workouts, weigh-ins, progress photos and more!  The ultimate goal is to ensure that you're staying on track and seeing results. I'm here to support you every step of the way and celebrate your successes along the way.
