Hi, I'm Tonya Iverson, the heart behind Your Personal Best Fitness (YPB).

I've dedicated my life to guiding busy women and moms through their unique fitness and nutrition journeys.

Because I've been there.

Over 20 years ago, as a new mom, I faced my own struggle with post-pregnancy weight and the overwhelming task of finding balance.

That's when my transformation began – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

My mantra, "You're stronger than you think," isn't just a catchy phrase; it's the core belief that powered my journey and the journeys of countless women I've had the honor of coaching.

It's a promise from me to you: to help uncover the inherent strength that lies within you, across every facet of your life.

This program emphasizes tailored fitness, nutrition, and self-care strategies to reset your life, focusing on creating sustainable habits that fit within a busy schedule. It's perfect for moms looking to revitalize their energy while managing time effectively. The one-on-one coaching program offers more customized nutrition, fitness and mindset guidance with 3, 6, or 12-month options, depending on your goals, motivation and budget. You’ll receive the support and accountability so that you can have the body and life you truly desire.  

Are home workouts actually effective?

Our home workouts are designed with your life in mind. They are as effective as any gym session, offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity for real progress. Tailored to fit into your living space and schedule, these workouts eliminate the need for travel time and gym fees, making your path to fitness as convenient as possible.

What experience do you have helping busy moms get fit?

I’m a mom of 2 myself and although my children are now grown, I truly understand the challenges of juggling being a working mom, trying to stay healthy and fit and trying to raise happy, well-adjusted little ones. This is why I have dedicated years to helping busy moms reclaim their health and fitness. By combining practical workout plans with genuine support and motivation, I've helped countless moms transform their lives - including my own. They’ve not only achieved their fitness goals but also discovered new strengths and a renewed sense of self-confidence.

How long will it take for me to start seeing results in my body?

That depends! Everyone responds differently in their fitness journey. You may start to see results in terms of fat loss from your belly, butt and legs as fast as a few weeks or even a few months. The key in getting and maintaining the results you desire, is to adhere to the plan your coach has given you and stay consistent and patient. At YPB Fitness, we don’t believe in “quick fixes” or fad diets, just sustained efforts and a positive attitude throughout your journey.

Getting started with YPB Fitness is simple and straightforward. You can book a free consultation here, during which we’ll discuss your fitness goals, challenges, preferences, and any specific needs. You’ll also fill out a brief Wellness Onboarding Form. This is so I can further understand what health and wellness concerns you might have, and how ready you feel to make changes in different areas of your life.
